About Me

My wife, Mary Pat, and I are Directors of Frontline Ministries International and Pastors of Frontline Worship Center. Our heart's desire is to see people healed up on the inside by our Father's amazing love in order to be increasingly free to partner with Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit to reach out in that beautiful love to save, heal, and deliver the lost, sick, and oppressed. Obedience that comes from a mutually loving partner relationship trumps an obedience that comes from a striving commitment to God's will!

Full Joy

John 3:29 (NASB) "He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom's voice. So this joy of mine has been made full."

John 15:11 (NASB) "These things I have spoken yo you so that MY joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full."

John 16:24 (NASB) "Until now you have asked for nothing in My name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be made full."

John 17:13 (NASB) "But now I come to You; and these things I speak in the world so that they may have My joy made full in themselves."(my disciples)

1 Peter 1:8 (NASB)  and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory,

2 John 1:12 (NASB)  Though I have many things to write to you, I do not want to do so with paper and ink; but I hope to come to you and speak face to face, so that your joy be made full.

Webster's many definitions of "joy" including "feeling of great happiness," "a source or cause of great happiness," "success in doing, finding, or getting something," "the emotion evoked by well-being, success, or good fortune or by the prospect of possessing what one desires: delight," "the expression or exhibition of such emotion: gaiety," "a state of happiness or felicity: bliss," and "a source or cause of delight" are such weak, natural definitions because there is no supernatural definition of "joy" in the dictionary, only an impotent, natural one. The reason is obvious.....joy is a superhuman personage with all the powerful and potent attributes of the transfigured majesty of that person - Jesus. He is only described accurately in the Bible, not a human based dictionary or encyclopedia.

So joy is a person. Holy Spirit in you. Jesus On You (J-O-Y). Your Father singing, laughing, and dancing over your life.

Joy is supernatural substance....like the proverbial flubber. It bounces and bounds in you. It gains more energy the more it is consumed. It is flexible, moldable, renewable, reusable, inexhaustible, indestructible, and eternal.

Joy creates feelings, but it is more than feelings.....grander and deeper than happiness.....much more edifying than emotion. Joy can be chosen.....anytime, anywhere, in any circumstance or situation, happy or tragic, exhilarating or grieving, favorable or hurtful, uplifting or depressing. Joy can bubble up under the deepest pain in your heart and heal your woundedness progressively and permanently so your healthy rehabilitation and transformation are then your telling testimony to an all-mighty Deity.

Joy comes every morning offering Himself to be energetically employed by you in the fields of bountiful harvest.

Joy is related to hope, peace, and love. Joy initiates profound peace and exemplifies uninhibited hope which brings the liberty to love extravagantly and lavishly.

Joy can be experienced, encountered, engaged, en-joyed, exercised, expressed, and exhibited.

Joy is healing believed. Joy is deliverance received. Joy is restoration regained and redemption renewed.

Joy is refusing the lies of the enemy. Joy is truth that sets you free for true freedom, frivolity, and fun.

Joy is battling for the bold breakthroughs of an all-knowing, all-powerful, ever-present Heavenly Benefactor. Joy is contending for the consummation of your Consuming Fire as part of the Grand Finale Generation.

Joy is following, submitting, going low, lying down, rising up, honoring, respecting, and covenanting. Joy is your strength and your sustenance, your source and supply.

Joy is energetic enthusiasm (which is often emotionally and excitedly exuded). Joy is edification in excellent excess.

Joy is loving as Jesus energizes the love.

Joy is prayer that Jesus desires to answer for you, dreams that He wants to fulfill for you, destiny that He wants to achieve for you.

Joy is your victory. It is a coup over all negative emotions, especially fear, the mother of all negative emotions that invites an unholy and evil spirit of fear. Joy defeats lack and loneliness, desperation and despair, indecision and inaction, introspection and insecurity in you.

Joy is overcoming. It is rising and resurrecting, expanding and escalating, accelerating and ascending.

Joy is declarable and decreeable. When you speak joy into the atmosphere, clouds of doubt and unbelief dissipate and disappear as they are dissolved by His overwhelming and awesome abiding presence.

Joy is your questions answered, your concerns confronted, your doubts defeated, and the attempts of the enemy to steal from you thwarted in the name of Jesus.

Joy is a wrecking ball attacking the construction of your own little kingdom through selfish ambition, arrogance, pride, and a worldly search for significance whose highest goal is mere happiness in personal fulfillment.

Joy can be caught and captured, carefully considered and excitedly exclaimed. If you give it away, you instantly inherit more of it. The joy of the Lord IS your strength (Nehemiah 8:10b)!

And the disciples were continually filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit. Acts 13:52

for the Kingdom of god is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.  Romans 14:17

Now may the god of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.  Romans 15:13

but the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.  Galatians 5:22,23

But even if I am being poured out as a drink offering upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice and share my joy with you all. You too, I urge you, rejoice in the same way and share your joy with me.  Philippians 2:17, 18

you also became imitators of us and of the Lord, having received the Word in much tribulation with the joy of the Holy Spirit, so that you became an example to all the believers in Macedonia and
Achaia.  I Thessalonians 1:6

Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials,  James 1:2

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus christ our Lord, be glory,
majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.  Jude 1:24

Joy motivates us to give all for the sake of the kingdom of Heaven.

Matthew 13:44 "The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found  and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.

I love JOY! My favorite line "Joy is supernatural substance....like the proverbial flubber." Thanks for sharing! I appreciate you so much!
